Underground WET Utility Estimator ( with PM Responsibility on occasion as needed)

We're looking for a driven, boots-on-the-ground utility leader who’s ready to transition into an Underground Utility Estimator role. If you know how these jobs really run—trench by trench, permit by permit—and have the grit and curiosity to take that knowledge into the preconstruction world, we want to talk to you .

What We’re Looking For:

• Field experience in underground utility work (storm, sewer, water, etc.) THIS IS A MUST !
• Understanding of what makes a utility project successful from start to finish
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to learn or use construction management and takeoff software
• A go-getter mindset : goal-oriented, self-motivated, and receptive to coaching
• Someone who wants to grow, contribute, and eventually lead

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ability to adapt quickly and Lead takeoffs, estimating, and proposal preparation for underground utility projects ( we will help and guide this - but we do need someone ideally who can step in and run with it) but you wont be alone, Mgmt and Leadership will oversee and mentor the right person.
• Analyze plans, schedules, scopes, and site conditions to build competitive and accurate bids
• Collaborate with senior estimators and ownership to develop your skills and industry knowledge
• Become a key part of a team that takes pride in going above and beyond for clients and each other
