Job Description
A home building client of Insight Global is looking for a Tier 1 helpdesk agent to join its Technical Support Center in Tempe, AZ. This person will be answering calls to help troubleshoot and triage hardware and software issues its users are having. On a typical week, the team helps resolve 100+ calls and tickets. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:
$18/hr to $27/hr.
