Your role at Clorox:
The Sr. Sourcing Manager role will be responsible for various Clorox products, primarily for the Cleaning and Brita business units. Spend will include approximately $160MM annually. The position will include direct responsibilities for team development, forecasting, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management. The role will also include leadership of cross functional teams and/or global sourcing projects. This position is responsible for sourcing strategies of existing and new products as well as support of new product initiatives and launches. Additionally, the role will serve as a key player in global sourcing work. The position will require travel up to 30% Domestically and Internationally.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $128,000 - $252,200
–Zone B: $117,400 - $231,200
–Zone C: $106,700 - $210,200

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
