Hiring: Restaurant Construction Manager

Pay: $100,000 - $110,000/year

Location: Dallas, TX

DESCRIPTION:

Plans, executes and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Defines the project’s objectives and oversees quality control throughout its life cycle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in English (Bilingual in other languages preferred but not required).
• Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information in the strictest of confidence.
• 3 years previous project management experience in a construction/retail setting.
• Ability to maintain a fast pace.
• Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively.
• Effective customer service skills delivered with a friendly disposition.
• Ability to handle responsibility.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to actively listen and address franchisee, vendors, contractors, etc. concerns, comments and/or issues.
• Ability to lead others so as to uphold company standards.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Internally motivated and able to motivate others.
• Ability to act independently and effectively.
• Ability to manage resources effectively and efficiently.
• Intrapersonal skills.
• Knowledge of general construction guidelines, regulations and procedures.
• Knowledge of general health department and building regulations.
• Associates Degree or equivalent.
