A respected general contractor partner is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects throughout the Columbus area. This is a confidential opportunity to join a high-performing team focused on quality delivery across diverse project types.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from preconstruction to close-out
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and subcontractor coordination
• Lead subcontractor buyout and contract execution
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure project safety, quality control, and accurate documentation
• Mentor junior project staff and foster a culture of accountability and performance

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Proven success on ground-up, CM-at-Risk, or design-build projects
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams
