Job Description

Duties:

• Manages and provides governance to processes such as requisition/hiring FTE and CW headcount management.
• Experience in reading and pulling data from vendor contracts to support with execution of the org’s contract worker/OSP strategies for a product development organization.
• Creating tools and templates for ease in management of large sets of data but also simple dashboards to bring visibility to the data.
• Share insights or can raise flags for areas of concern from the data so that business decisions can be made quickly.
• Maintain clean data and ability to communicate in a timely manner so that business decisions and operations can be run smoothly.
• Speak to the data and processes that this role manages in meetings, via slack and email.
• Ability to keep programs on track to ensure that no milestones are missed.
• Manage schedules and ensures teams are on track for deliverables.
• Ensures financial budgets and timeline goals are met to achieve business outcomes

Qualification:

• 5+ years with project management or similar experience
• Expert in handling financial, headcount and contract data.
• Clear communicator.
• Ability to manage and compute large data sets
• Vendor management and supply chain management experience
• Highly detailed oriented and organized
• Execute with rigor and bias for action
• Skilled in Google suites - Sheets, Docs, Slides
• Comfortable navigating a 1000+ large engineering and risk organization
• Experience using GenAI to increase productivity and scale
• Experience in the Fintech industry a plus
• Experience in Finance a plus
