A trendy, fast-growing LA based brand is seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative, forward-thinking company at the forefront of the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism to support the legal function. This role requires onsite presence in Vernon. The salary range is $75k-85k.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact between the company and outside counsel
• Track and manage agreements, including monitoring contract renewals and compliance deadlines.
• Communicate with executive leadership
• Oversee and administer commercial insurance policies.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and tracking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfort with legal or trademark management software is a plus.
• Brand-conscious presence.
