Job Description

To support our People & Culture team with day-to-day operations, focusing on basic compensation tasks and maintaining accurate employee records. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR processes and an opportunity to help the team automate processes.

Compensation Support:

• Assist in gathering and organizing compensation data for internal analysis.
• Support the preparation of compensation reports and spreadsheets.
• Help maintain salary and job classification records.

HR Operations:

• Update and maintain employee records.
• Assist in documenting processes and standard operating procedures.
• Help maintain employee data confidentiality and integrity.
• Partner with Finance team to ensure accurate headcount information

General Support:

• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Participate in HR meetings and contribute to team projects.
• Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
