As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a  Email Marketing Designer who can blend creative design, technical skill, and strategic thinking to bring our brand to life in the inbox and beyond.

We’re seeking a  full-time, in-person Email Marketing Designer with a strong foundation in  UI design, email strategy, and visual storytelling. This person will own the end-to-end email process — from concept and design to execution and analysis — while ensuring every campaign and flow reflects our brand identity. You’ll design high-performing emails and automations in  Figma, Canva, and/or Adobe , while also managing content calendars and collaborating cross-functionally with our marketing and e-commerce teams.

The ideal candidate has both  a designer’s eye and a marketer’s brain. Someone who understands how visuals, messaging, and timing work together to convert.

• Design and build mobile-optimized emails in  Figma ,  Canva , and  Klaviyo .
• Create on-brand graphics, GIFs, and layouts that enhance engagement and conversion.
• Understand the full email marketing ecosystem — including  flows, campaigns, A/B tests, and list segmentation .
• Manage and maintain the  email and SMS marketing calendar , ensuring cohesive messaging across channels.
• Optimize email design and layout for performance (CTR, CVR, and revenue).

• Apply  UI design principles to email and web layouts for clean, intuitive user experiences.
• Design Shopify website updates, landing pages, and promotional banners aligned with ongoing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless visual journey from ad to email to website.

• Work with the Marketing Director and Email/SMS Manager to concept and execute campaigns.
• Partner with paid media, influencer, and operations teams to maintain consistent brand visuals across all touchpoints.
• Assist with creative strategy for product launches, sales events, and promotional campaigns.

• Review campaign and flow performance data to identify creative improvement opportunities.
• Continuously refine designs based on engagement metrics, testing insights, and customer behavior.
• Stay ahead of trends in e-commerce, email, and UI design.

• 3+ years of experience in  email marketing design or  UI/visual design for e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Proficient in  Figma ,  Canva , and  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with  Shopify ,  Klaviyo , and understanding of email strategy (flows, campaigns, segmentation, deliverability).
• Knowledge of basic  HTML/CSS for email (preferred, not required).
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and brand identity.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-growth environment.

This position is full-time and in-person (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm).
