We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chef Tournant to elevate our culinary operations on a luxury cruise ship or upscale resort. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and supervise all kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and safety.; Expertly manage multiple kitchen sections—Sauce, Fish, Roast, Cold Kitchen, and more—overseeing food preparation, recipe adherence, and presentation.; Maintain impeccable food quality, innovate cost-saving initiatives, and optimize production levels.; Oversee health and safety standards, including HACCP compliance and public health inspections.; Manage inventory, requisitions, and budget controls to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.; Foster a motivated, professional team through coaching, performance evaluation, and ensuring excellent service.;

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in upscale hospitality settings, with at least 2 years as Chef Tournant (shipboard preferred).; Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment.; Proven ability to manage kitchen operations, control costs, and ensure compliance with health standards (US, Anvisa, ShipSan, etc.).;
