Job Description

Day to Day:

Insight Global's client is looking for project coordinator or assistant PM to help with day to day coordination, managing the warranties of the general contractor, and creating a work note and granting access requests. This will require a high level of organization and the ability to interface and give executives tours of the construction site. This person will also be responsible for mediating or facilitating during meetings. This is a very administrative role to relieve some of the duties for their team members onsite.

Must Haves:

• 3-5 years’ experience in an project coordination or project management
• Data center or mission critical experience
• Construction background and experience writing SOWs
• Experience with project, budget, scope, timelines, reporting, vendor management, procurement, closeout management
• Experience with day to day coordination and schedules
• Operational construction background
• Engage with customers, cross-functional partners, and other internal organizations as required
• Interfacing with stakeholders

Compensation:

$35/hr to $45/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
